Laborum Malbec Single Vineyard

100% Malbec. Finca Río Seco: vineyards located at 1.700 mts (5,577 ft) above sea level in Cafayate Valley, Salta.
Cold pre-fermentative maceration for 6 days at 4 degrees. Alcoholic fermentation time: 15 days with a controlled temperature between 27 and 29 degrees. Post-fermentative maceration for 30 days. Spontaneous malolactic fermentation in barrels. New French and American oak barrels for 12 months.
Suggested Serving Temperature:
Between 16ºC and 17ºC.
Suggested Food Pairings:
Giant tomahawk steak, dry aged veal ribs.
Very deep ruby with violet hues. Almost intransparent.
Explosive aromas of black and red fruits, with lavender and rosemary notes, as well as oaky aromas.
Intense flavors of juicy fruits, very full bodied with high acidity, rich structure, velvety tannins and long finish.
