Standard deliveries are shipped via Ground Service.
When filling out Shipping Information, please provide a physical address as shipments of alcohol may not be delivered to a P.O. Box. The time of the delivery depends to the destination (contact us for details). Orders on demand may acquire more time.
Air freight or delays may occur in extreme weather. On rare occasions we may face an unforeseen delay in shipping your order and in that case, we will notify you by email. All transit times are only in effect after your order is shipped. We cannot guarantee any shipments by a specific date, nor will be held responsible for any shipping instructions given on an order. We will do our best to accommodate the Customer in any way.
Shipping & handling rates include the cost of cardboard boxes and foam inserts to insulate and protect your wines plus labor and all charges levied by carriers. Please note: Free shipping promotions exclude all International orders.
In some circumstances, the order may be held in storage at a local depot of the shipping company until appropriate identification is produced, or it may be shipped back to us. All associated costs will be the responsibility of and be charged to the customer.
Three attempts are made to deliver your wines.
If subsequent attempts are unsuccessful, your order will be returned to HEBE. The Customer will be required to incur the cost of shipping and handling, regardless of the Customer deciding not to accept or to cancel the order.
